As a native of Le Havre, a World Heritage city, I love this ever-changing city.
So, I suggest you follow me from the beach esplanade via the “Porte Océane”, to discover the Perret architecture. Walk through typical neighborhoods such as Saint François with its fish market. Not forgetting the Oscar Niemeyer Library, a beautiful place that will delight you.
Depending on your wishes, I could also suggest you enjoy view over the heights of Le Havre, among historic villas, and reach the “Bout du Monde” at Sainte Adresse, the site of magic sunsets.
