I first arrived in Le Havre at the age of 15 and am now a retired teacher. Over the years I have come to really appreciate this rich and varied city and watch it change.
Le Havre has harbours and a seafront, immaculately maintained parks and gardens and an architecture that bears witness to several hundred years of history and a willingness to embrace the future. Let us enjoy strolling through the upper and lower towns.
